We not only check and double-check all finish details on the home, but we also score each home twice as well as the modifications made on it and track the performance metrics. While a county or municipal building inspection is looking at construction passing minimum building codes, a E3 Quality inspection makes sure the home's finish workmanship is top-notch. For example, a building inspector will make sure a light works; a E3 Quality inspector will make sure the light is centered above the sink, is installed level and tight to the wall, and that the light fixture is free from scratches or damage.
