What is the E3 Quality Process?

E3 Quality's Finish Quality Improvement Program is designed to actually help you improve not only the finish quality of the homes you are building but also your production teams' control of that process. It encompasses hundreds of data points and is a thorough look at all of the finish details of a new home by a professional third party followed by a second review of repairs made from those initial findings. We not only check and double-check all finish details on the home, but we also score each home twice as well as the modifications made on it and track the performance metrics. While a county or municipal building inspection is looking at construction passing minimum building codes, a E3 Quality inspection makes sure the home's finish workmanship is top-notch. For example, a building inspector will make sure a light works; a E3 Quality inspector will make sure the light is centered above the sink, is installed level and tight to the wall, and that the light fixture is free from scratches or damage. This means problems are found and fixed before move-in, resulting in fewer service call backs to the home.
